Shipping policy

Items purchased are shipped within 24 - 48 hours. All orders received through Friday to Sunday are shipped on the following Monday.

During public holidays, orders received will be shipped on the next working day.

Delivery:

All orders are shipped through Kxpress Logistics and are delivered within 2-4 days after shipping for Lagos and 5-10 working days for other states, excluding Sundays. Delivery timelines for each area are specified during order and before checkout. Shipment notification and tracking link for orders are also sent to provided phone numbers and email address upon shipment.

Pick Up:

We currently do not offer pick up options. However, packages can be picked up at the closest Kxpress delivery hub. Please click the link below to view a list of all Kxpress pick up locations;

If you would prefer to pick up your package, please leave a note on your order requesting pick up and stating your preferred Kxpress location from the list above.

Kindly note that the same delivery fee applies for both door step delivery and pick up at the delivery hub.
